Application:
It is mainly used for the heat treatment of 30 cm2 module perovskite solar cells in vacuum environment. It is suitable for the process research and production of perovskite solar cell.
Features:
Automatic feeding and discharging of 10 consecutive products. Aluminum heating plate is built in the stainless steel vacuum chamber to realize contact heating with the product, with high vacuum pumping efficiency. Thermal insulation section is set for slow cooling of products. Servo motor drive, ceramic stick and chain drive, no pollution to products in the production process.
